Ing. M.C. (Marthijn) Weijermars Partner and founder

Marthijn Weijermars, partner and founder of Curo Vastgoed, is responsible for the commercial property management. He deals with consultancy, the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, in particular. Additionally, Marthijn is responsible for relationship management and maintains the contacts with users.

After completing his degrees in Engineering and Engineering Business Management, Marthijn gained several years of experience as a project developer in commercial real estate. From there, he went on to become Asset Manager at Hanzevast Real Estate in Groningen. In this position, he was responsible for the asset management of the offices portfolio in the Eastern, Central and Northern Netherlands.

In addition to his tasks with the Curo Vastgoed team, among other things, Marthijn is also chairman of Jong Onroerend Goed Overijssel.

Ing. P.J.H.M. (Pascal) Kok Partner and founder

Pascal Kok, partner and founder of Curo Vastgoed, is responsible for the technical property management of the managed properties. He also carries out various project management assignments for third parties.

After completing his degree in Engineering and Management, Pascal gained several years of experience in the contracting industry at companies such as BAM. Subsequently, he was responsible for the project management of office developments for various clients, such as Achmea, KPN, Rabobank and Cito, for 12 years. During these office developments, Pascal was responsible from the initiation phase up to their implementation.

Drs. I. (Ivonne) Driessen - Kamies RA Controller

Ivonne Driessen-Kamies is the point of contact within Curo Vastgoed in the area of finances. She has final responsibility for management accounting and for the financial operations of Curo Vastgoed. Additionally, she is involved with HRM and the company’s general operations.

After completing her degree in Economics at the University of Groningen, Ivonne started her career as an accountant at PwC. During this period, she completed her training as a certified public accountant. After working in accountancy for several years, she gained extensive experience as a controller in the business world.

L. (Lars) Jonkman Technical Property Manager

Within Curo Vastgoed, Lars Jonkman is responsible for the technical maintenance of the different buildings we manage in our portfolio. But he also assists in the (re)development of existing and new objects.

After Lars had gained his Civil Engineering diploma and supplementary diploma in Property & Brokerage, he began as assistant portfolio manager at Aprisco B.V. After that he reinforced his expertise as office-based technical management associate at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Curo Vastgoed enters long-term relationships with its tenants and pro-actively evaluates the portfolio under its management to ensure it continually stays in good condition for any new user requirements. Below you will find a selection of the real estate objects that we provide management for.

F. (Franciska) Schillemans VvE-manager

Franciska Schillemans is an owners association manager at Curo Vastgoed. She is the contact person for everything concerning owners association management together with Niek Roelofs.

On January 1, 2019, Franciska joined Curo Vastgoed, but she has been working in owners association management since 2002. In those years, Franciska worked as an owners association operator and owners association manager at various management offices where she learned the ins and outs of financial management, administrative management and the management of owners association. All this experience is now being used for our customers. Franciska is present on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

D. (Danny) Mulder Junior Technisch Vastgoed Manager

After Danny successfully completed his education in the field of Real Estate Management, he started working for Curo Vastgoed, Danny Mulder is responsible for the technical maintenance of the different buildings we manage in our portfolio. Danny gained a lot of experience during his internships for Real Estate agent and his thesis regarding the development of new-build homes inside the community.
