About us

Curo Vastgoed was founded almost 10 years ago, based on the idea of unburdening clients of their real estate issues and projects with our substantive knowledge and experience. Curo Vastgoed was founded by the current directors Marthijn Weijermans and Pascal Kok. They have known each other for over 20 years and worked together intensively during these past two decades. At the start of Curo Vastgoed, the focus was on a portfolio of properties in the region. However, the organization has now grown into one of the market leaders in the Dutch real estate sector and is expanding across the border. We take pride in our professional, transparent and reliable approach to real estate and support our clients in any way possible.

The current team consists of 9 professionals who work from the centrally located office in Deventer. We proudly work for partners such as Gelredome, Lomax Vastgoed, Buvast Development, Barrage Vastgoed and many others. Curo Vastgoed offers a variety of services ranging from full-service real estate management, Owners Association management, property-, asset- and project management to professional consultancy.

Partner and founder

Marthijn Weijermars, partner and founder of Curo Vastgoed, is responsible for commercial real estate management. He is particularly involved in consultancy, the purchase, sale and rental of real estate. In addition, Marthijn is responsible for relationship management and maintains contact with users.

After his studies in Architecture and Engineering, Marthijn gained several years of experience as a project developer in commercial real estate. He then continued his way as Asset Manager at Hanzevast Real Estate in Groningen. In this position, he was responsible for asset management of the office portfolio in eastern, central and northern parts of the Netherlands.


Partner and founder

Pascal Kok, partner and founder of Curo Vastgoed, is responsible for the technical real estate management of the objects in our portfolio. In addition, he is involved in project management of various construction projects as well as various new construction projects for a variety of clients.

After his studies in Architecture and Management, Pascal gained several years of experience in the contracting industry, including at BAM. Thereafter he was responsible for the project management of office developments for various clients such as Achmea, KPN, Rabobank and Cito over the course of 12 years. During these office developments, Pascal was responsible for all aspects of the process, from the initiation phase to implementation.



Ivonne Driessen - Kamies is the point of contact within Curo Vastgoed in the field of finance. She takes the final responsibility for the management administration and for the financial management of Curo Vastgoed. She is also involved in general business operations.

After studying Economics at the University of Groningen, Ivonne started her career as an accountant at PwC. During this period, she completed her training as a chartered accountant. After several years of working in accountancy, she gained extensive experience as a controller in the business world.


Real Estate Manager

Niek Roelofs is the point of contact within Curo Vastgoed in the field of real estate management. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities regarding financial, technical and commercial real estate management.

After successfully completing his studies in Architecture and Real Estate & Brokerage, Niek started working at Curo Vastgoed in 2016. During both studies, Niek gained a lot of experience through his internships at various construction companies, a Owners Association management company and a housing association. During his graduation year, Niek researched rent reviews within catering properties.


Real Estate Adviser

Mandy Broekman-Scheerder works as a real estate advisor at Curo Vastgoed. She is engaged in commercial real estate management on a daily basis, both for properties in portfolio and for properties to be acquired. She is also involved in daily HRM matters of Curo Vastgoed. 

After working in real estate and successfully completing her Facility and Real Estate Management studies, Mandy has gained extensive experience within a dynamic, large national player in job placement. Mandy daily combines her knowledge acquired during the study, together with the commercial knowledge gained in the field of HR and relationship management.


Technical Real Estate Manager

Marco Slijkhuis works at Curo Vastgoed as a Technical Property Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities regarding technical real estate management, both for properties under management and for properties to be newly acquired.

After obtaining his Facility Manager diploma, Marco started his career at NederWoon Vastgoedbeheer B.V., a national player in the real estate market. After working here for 3.5 years, he started at Curo Vastgoed in June 2020.

Marco will use his acquired practical knowledge, regional network and extensive experience in solution and service-oriented communication on a daily basis to carry out the technical management of the properties in his portfolio as efficiently as possible.


Portfolio Manager Owners Association Management

Ilona Niks works as a Portfolio Manager Owners Association management within Curo Vastgoed. She is involved in the financial and administrative management and advice of owners associations on a daily basis. The annual organization of owners meetings as well as taking care of all correspondence concerning the owners associations is part of her activities.

After completing the Real Estate & Brokerage study at Saxion Hogeschool Enschede, Ilona started the FastForward trajectory from Saxion Hogescholen. She has gained work experience in real estate, within the housing association and in real estate management. She has now been working as a Owners Association administrator for 8 years and is a personally certified and registered administrator through ‘Stichting Persoonscertificering VvE Management’.

Technisch Vastgoed Manager

Adriaan Kamperman works at Curo Vastgoed as a Technical Property Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities regarding technical real estate management, both for properties under management and for properties to be newly acquired.

With an educational background in Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Adriaan gained work experience working for a building contractor and at a technical consultancy.

Is his day to day work Adriaan will profit from his extensive experience concerning practical solutions of all kinds of technical issues. Adriaan will use a pleasant way of communication with all parties on a daily basis in order to carry out the technical management of the properties in his portfolio as efficiently as possible.


Financieel Medewerker Vastgoed

Ilona den Boer works as a financial real estate employee at Curo Vastgoed. She is daily concerned with the financial administration of the properties in portfolio.
She is also involved in supporting colleagues concerning al kinds of (project) issues.

Because of her financial/administrative educational background and extensive work experience at several employees, she gained experience and knowledge on several subjects (financial, facility and IT).
Her gained knowledge and experience will Ilona apply on a daily base in order to maintain the (financial) administration for our clients as well as for Curo Vastgoed ourselves.
